Start Bill Pay setup

Get started on the Bill Pay setup process.

ScaleFactor's Bill Pay tool can use either checks or ACH transfers to pay bills through our portal. Bills paid will automatically update in your accounting system, whether Xero or Quickbooks Online. 

Getting started with Bill Pay: 

  1. Click the Bill Pay icon on the vertical navigation bar. 
  2. Select the Set-Up tab at the top of the page. 
  3. Follow the prompts to connect your accounting system. Select between Xero and Quickbooks Online and click Connect. 
  4. A prompt will appear requesting access to your accounting data. Select Allow access.
