Create a new message
Contact a ScaleFactor accounting expert.
To send a message to the ScaleFactor team, click on the envelope icon in the upper-right corner once logged into your account.
In the drop-down view, click Create New.
You could also click See All Messages in the drop-down view, which will display your messaging inbox. On this screen, you can also select the New Message button to begin a new correspondence.
Complete the subject line and type your message in the provided text box. When complete, click the Send button.
